A Mixed class for adults that runs 3 times a week. If you want to get fit but find it hard to get motivated or find exercise machines uninspiring why not give boxercise a go? Boxercise incorperates all the basic training of a boxing class but without the contact. So come and get as fit as a boxer but never risk getting any lumps or bumps.
